If you’ve read at Oatboat for any amount of time, you probably know how I feel about Milo Greene. I fell in love with their first album, but their second made me want to die. I still haven’t gotten over it. Recently, I came across Andrew Heringer’s new group, The Guest and the Host.

I was hesitant to listen to his new music. I had post-traumatic stress from listening to Milo’s second album. But thankfully, Andrews new tunes are actually really good.

“Remedy”, is a song “about overcoming anxiety and overthinking with silence that I recorded, produced and mixed at my cabin/studio, Mirror Wall, in the Hollywood Hills.”
