After nearly a week since this video went viral, it is now believed that a undercover cop was with the motorcycle gang when the beating took place. The officer is not believed to have taken part in the beating of 33-year-old Alexian Lien, the SUV driver who was chased by a motorcycle gang.

(Update:) A new report is alleging that an undercover police officer took part in the bashing of the SUV. The New York Post is currently the only news outlet alleging a police officer took part in the assault.
