Otherside Entertainment has confirmed that System Shock 3 is currently in development. A teaser site is up for it that you can check out. However, if you are expecting details, you’re in for disappointment. All there is on the site is a giant logo.
If you’re confused about Otherside, that’s because it was just formed by the Ultimate Underworld team. Paul Neurath, the co-founder, worked on System Shock 2 back at Looking Glass. Nate Wells, the art director behind Bioshock Infinite also joined Otherside Entertainment.
We know, it sounds like a dream team. Which it is. It’s just too many talented people all combined. The world hasn’t exploded yet, but it might, because we imagine that much talent in one studio is too much for the universe to handle. At least now, if a natural disaster does happen, we know why.
